Gilded Dreams: Dazzling Dance

It’s one of those fabulous days when I receive my parcel from Sweet Squared and get to play around with new colours.
The Gilded Dreams Collection is all about elegance and glamour. Available in both CND Shellac and Vinylux with it’s own matching additives.
I’ve been playing around with Dazzling Dance (to the left of the picture below) and layered it over some of the Vinylux blues. I think you’ll agree this is a perfect addition to CND’s polish collection.
So from left to right we have…
Dazzling Dance on it’s own – a gorgeous soft translucent blue
Dazzling Dance over Azure Wish, Daring Escape, Blue Rapture, Waterpark, Cerulean Sea, Midnight Swim and Indigo Frock.
It softens the colours beautifully making pretty shades with elegant sparkle.

CND Shellac: Modern Folklore Collection
The Autumn / Winter collection from CND Shellac & CND Vinylux was launched on July 1st 2014. I now have them available. From left to right:
Locket Love – a gorgeous pale gold
Fine Vermilion – a rich, burnt orange much deeper than previous oranges.
Rose Brocade – a pretty pinkish red
Crimson Sash – a dark, rich red
Plum Paisley – a rich, shimmering purple
Indigo Frock – a cool, dark grey/blue
When this collection was first advertised I thought they were similar to previous collections but photographs on a computer screen don’t do justice to the deep, rich colours on offer.
Over the next few days I’ll take some photos to compare these luscious new colours with those that were already available.

CND Vinylux – Locket Love
Whilst I’m usually a CND Shellac girl through and through, I do have a massive soft spot for CND Vinylux. Whenever I’m short for time, and need to paint my nails as quickly as possible, I always reach for Vinylux.
Today I used Locket Love which gives this beautiful, gold foil look…just perfect in the sun! It dried in less than ten minutes letting me get on with my busy day.

I Love Vinylux!
Not that i’m complaining but the last few weeks have been mad, crazy, busy so no time to give myself a shellac manicure. Earlier today I realised my nails were not looking good but I only had 15 minutes to spare. It was time to test vinylux!
In 15 minutes I’d painted my nails with vinylux Grape Gum and was ready for my next client! It really does dry in less than 10 minutes. It’s also a tough polish so I know it will last a week without chipping and keep It’s mirror shine until I take it off. That is why I use vinylux for my natural nail manicures and pedicures. I also retail the polish if you just fancy using these wonderful polishes at home.
Isn’t the colour gorgeous but please excuse the skin tag on my middle finger – time to polish but not time to repair the finger I’d shut in a door earlier!!!
